AWS Commercial Partner Programs Leader

We're looking for an AWS Commercial Partner Programs Leader to join our team in London, United Kingdom in a hybrid working mode. This senior-level position is key to strengthening EPAM’s strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), focusing on partner funding benefits, AWS Professional Services alignment and joint business growth. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence cloud strategy, lead high-impact collaboration programs and drive significant business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate AWS Professional Services relationships at a global leadership level
  • Enable and foster collaboration between EPAM Business Leaders and AWS ProServe Leaders
  • Oversee and manage AWS ProServe stakeholder engagement to promote business growth
  • Support the full lifecycle of AWS-related opportunities, from intake to delivery oversight
  • Lead the AWS Partner Programs Center of Excellence and serve as the senior SME for partner funding benefits
  • Design and implement processes and tools to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
  • Collaborate with AWS teams to align funding strategies and resolve challenges
  • Advise clients on AWS project funding, build business cases and guide funding program navigation
  • Support the development and go-to-market strategy of AWS-based technology offerings
  • Create enablement materials and monitor campaign effectiveness

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the AWS ecosystem
  • 7+ years of experience in the GSI/CSP ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to grow cloud business with professional services or ISV partners
  • AI-first mindset for daily productivity
  • Expertise in cloud migration, modernization and application development services
  • 5+ years of experience with major cloud providers (AWS focus preferred)
  • Executive relationship management and strategic sales pursuit skills
  • High-level technology awareness and business acumen
  • Knowledge of cloud professional services capabilities and market offerings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and related tools
  • Experience engaging with Fortune 1000 customers
