AI Engineer / Data Scientist
We are looking for an AI engineer / Data Scientist to work on an – AI chatbot for the CEO and Business Office, providing financial analysis and insights based on earnings calls and annual reports from banks and insurance companies. This is a mature solution that has went through initial testing, due to go into production, Mid October. This role is expected to be 70% evaluation with 30% technical work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Continue development of the chatbot's model evaluation framework; infrastructure and initial test suite are already deployed
- Support the customer in translating end-user feedback into solution design and technical implementation
- Evaluate and verify chatbot responses across accuracy, quality, latency and overall performance
- Identify weaknesses in agent/model behaviour and implement improvements
- Help mature the evaluation approach for a production-facing Agentic AI solution
