AWS DevOps Engineer

Duration: 6 Months
Location: Hybrid (London)
Rate: £400 - £500 per day DOE
Status: OUTSIDE IR35
Clearance: Eligible for SC Clearance
Start Date: ASAP

Summary:

My market leading client are looking to secure the services of an AWS DevOps Engineer to assist with critical project work over the coming months. Ideally coming from a consultancy background with strong GDS experience, consultants will need to be available to start within a few weeks.

Essential Skills

  • Proven knowledge of at least one of Java,.NET (C#)
  • Proven knowledge of at least one of Javascript (Node), Python (Django)
  • Strong AWS knowledge, including EC2, ECS, RDS, DocumentDB, Cloudwatch
  • Experience with pro-active monitoring of live services
  • Experience with investigation and issue resolution on live services, including application bugs and performance issues
  • Client facing experience to aid in issue investigation and resolution
