Role Description:
- AWS Engineering capability is the primary and non-negotiable requirement.
- Requirement is for a hands-on AWS Engineer, not an AWS Architect.
- Candidate should be capable of working independently within existing AWS architecture and governance framework.
- Focus should be on candidates with strong experience in:
- CloudFormation
- AWS Service Catalog
- IAM
- ECS
- Lambda
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Automation and deployment pipelines
- Candidate should be able to:
- Troubleshoot and stabilize existing AWS environments.
- Reduce manual activities through automation.
- Understand existing architecture and implement solutions within defined standards.
- Java/Spring Boot should be treated as a secondary skill.
- Preference should be given to AWS-focused profiles over Java-heavy Full Stack Engineers.
