Help customers maximise the value of their AWS investment

Rebura, part of the Westcon-Comstor Group and a leading AWS Consulting Partner, is looking for an AWS FinOps Consultant to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an AWS-focused professional who enjoys working directly with customers to optimise cloud spend, improve cost efficiency, and ensure organisations are getting maximum value from their AWS environments.

As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with customers, helping them understand and manage their AWS expenditure while balancing performance, scalability, governance, and cost optimisation. This is a highly customer-facing role, requiring someone who can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams through to senior leadership and C-suite executives.

Whilst FinOps expertise is highly valued, we are particularly interested in individuals with strong AWS knowledge and experience who can build relationships, communicate effectively, and deliver meaningful business outcomes for customers.

What You'll Be Doing

As an AWS FinOps Consultant, you'll be responsible for helping our customers understand, manage and optimise their AWS spend.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and analysing AWS billing and consumption data across customer environments
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve cloud efficiency
  • Recommending and implementing cost optimisation strategies, including Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, Spot Instances, and Graviton adoption
  • Building budgets, forecasts, and spend models aligned to customer business objectives
  • Monitoring usage trends and proactively identifying cost anomalies
  • Supporting governance initiatives including tagging strategies, reporting standards, and financial controls
  • Automating and enhancing cost reporting using AWS-native and third-party tools
  • Delivering FinOps best practice recommendations and optimisation roadmaps
  • Working closely with Professional Services, Support, and Customer Success teams to balance cost, performance, and operational requirements
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve the greatest possible return on their AWS investment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
