Mandatory Skillset- AWS Launchpad Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic onsite leader for the AWS Launchpad engagement
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with senior business technology and transformation stakeholders
  • Drive executive governance steering committee discussions, programme reviews, and roadmap alignment
  • Align AWS GenAI investments with business outcomes and enterprise transformation objectives
  • Act as the primary escalation point for delivery adoption and platform-related challenges

AWS GenAI Platform Industrialisation

  • Lead the industrialisation of Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore capabilities across the enterprise
  • Define operating models, governance frameworks, security controls, and adoption standards
  • Establish reusable patterns, accelerators, deployment frameworks, and best practices for GenAI implementations
  • Drive enterprisewide enablement and onboarding of GenAI use cases
  • Ensure alignment with responsible AI, compliance, security, and risk management requirements

AWS Launchpad Leadership

  • Provide strategic guidance on AWS Launchpad methodology and adoption framework
  • Partner with AWS teams, enterprise architects, and platform engineering teams to accelerate value realisation
  • Govern implementation roadmaps and ensure successful transition from pilot initiatives to production-grade platforms
  • Drive measurable business outcomes through platform standardisation and operational excellence

Programme Governance Delivery Oversight

  • Own programme health, financial governance, risk mitigation, and delivery success
  • Lead cross-functional global teams comprising architects, DevOps engineers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders
  • Define KPIs, adoption metrics, and value-realisation frameworks
  • Ensure successful execution of platform enhancement and enterprise rollout initiatives

Required Skills Experience

Mandatory

  • Strong working knowledge of
    • AWS Launchpad
    • Amazon Bedrock
    • AgentCore
    • AWS Cloud Services
    • Enterprise GenAI Adoption Frameworks
  • Proven experience leading large-scale cloud and AI transformation programmes
  • Extensive executive stakeholder management experience
  • Experience within Insurance, Financial Services, or highly regulated industries
  • Strong understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and risk management
