AWS Partnership CTO
We're looking for an AWS Partnership CTO to join our team in London, United Kingdom in a hybrid working mode.
This role is a senior leadership position focused on driving EPAM’s technical strategy for AWS partnership. You will lead our AWS Technical Center of Excellence, establish solution go-to-market priorities and collaborate closely with AWS and enterprise clients to define and implement large-scale cloud transformation programs. Acting as the primary technical authority for the AWS alliance, you will combine market-facing business development with deep technical expertise to create cloud strategies, deliver innovation and enable measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical leader for EPAM’s AWS partnership
- Lead and grow the AWS Technical Center of Excellence (CoE) defining core solution capabilities and technical standards
- Develop and execute partner-aligned go-to-market strategies in collaboration with EPAM’s Industry and Business Units
- Drive AWS-based solution architecture and provide strategic technical direction for joint client engagements
- Engage with executive stakeholders to define enterprise cloud roadmaps and modernization strategies
- Support strategic pursuits, RFP responses and proposal development ensuring technical quality and client alignment
- Conduct technical presentations, workshops and training sessions for clients, partners and internal teams
- Collaborate with AWS teams on joint initiatives, technical enablement and co-sell execution
- Act as a thought leader by creating whitepapers, blogs and solution blueprints to position EPAM's AWS offerings
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term partnership success through technical governance and advisory

Requirements
- Extensive experience in solution architecture and cloud transformation with a strong focus on AWS
- Proven background in leading technical business development or pre-sales activities
- In-depth understanding of the AWS Partner Network (APN) and related engagement models
- Expertise in designing and executing large-scale migration and modernization initiatives
- Strong technical knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, serverless, microservices and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience delivering integrated partner go-to-market strategies and influencing strategic investments
- Strong business acumen and ability to position complex solutions for executive stakeholders
- Understanding of AI, Generative AI and cloud-native engineering trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences
- Willingness to travel when required (up to 25%)
