AWS Project Manager Contract Opportunity - UK
Contract: 6–12 Months
Location: UK Remote (occasional travel to London)

Overview
We’re hiring an experienced AWS Project Manager to lead cloud-focused delivery initiatives, specifically large-scale Contact Centre migrations. This role requires someone who is confident in front of customers, communicates clearly, and presents professionally in high-visibility environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end projects within the AWS ecosystem (mandatory)
- Lead Contact Centre migration programmes from discovery through to go-live
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and customer stakeholders
- Drive delivery governance, RAID management, timelines, and reporting
- Facilitate workshops, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and customer updates
- Maintain strong customer relationships and represent the project with credibility

Requirements
- AWS experience is essential; proven delivery within the AWS cloud ecosystem
- 7+ years of project management background
- Experience managing Contact Centre migrations (Amazon Connect or similar)
- Strong customer-facing skills, polished communicator and confident presenter
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive outcomes in fast-moving environments
- SCRUM Certified

Preferred
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Experience with Amazon Connect, telephony migrations, or cloud contact centre tooling
- Background working with consultancies or enterprise-scale clients
You must be living in the UK with a relevant visa.
