AWS Support Engineer

Rebura is one of the fastest-growing AWS Consulting Partners, helping organisations improve productivity, scalability, security, and cost efficiency through AWS technologies.
We're looking for an AWS Support Engineer to join our growing Cloud Support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early AWS support experience, or someone actively working towards AWS certifications, who is looking to develop their cloud career in a specialist AWS consultancy.
Location
Primarily remote, with occasional travel to our London office (Hatton Garden). Applicants must be UK-based and within reasonable commuting distance of London.
Shift Pattern
8-hour shifts between 07:00 and 19:00:
- 07:00 - 16:00
- 08:30 - 17:30
- 10:00 - 19:00
Participation in an on-call rota is also required.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting and maintaining AWS environments for clients
- Managing incidents, service requests, and change requests while meeting SLAs
- Proactively monitoring AWS infrastructure and resolving issues
- Performing root cause analysis following critical incidents
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Supporting service improvements, automation initiatives, and client onboarding activities
- Participating in client meetings and providing operational recommendations
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting AWS environments or strong AWS training/certification progress
- Understanding of AWS services and cloud best practices
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
- Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting cloud environments
- Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash) desirable
- Strong customer focus, communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- MSP experience is advantageous
