Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

As a Product Coordinator, you will lead the development of premium outerwear collections from concept to production, ensuring each piece meets our brand's quality, commercial, and sustainability standards. You will collaborate closely with design, technical, and merchandising teams, manage supplier relationships across Europe and Asia, and drive cost, compliance, and innovation throughout the process.

What will the role entail?

  • Lead the end-to-end development process for outerwear, from concept to final production, ensuring alignment with seasonal timelines, brand quality standards, and commercial viability in collaboration with design and technical teams.
  • Oversee sample development and approvals, managing the fit process, critical path, and all stages from initial concept through to SMS and bulk production.
  • Manage and expand the supplier base across Europe and Asia, ensuring quality, technical capability, delivery performance, and compliance, including potential periodic travel to factories and mills.
  • Negotiate seasonal costs to achieve target margins, analysing cost breakdowns (materials, CMT, duties, logistics) and supporting merchandising with cost engineering and margin improvement strategies.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives, integrating responsible materials such as recycled fibres and certified fabrics, and promoting low-impact production methods.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards for quality, ethical manufacturing, and environmental responsibility throughout the sourcing and production process.
