Corporate Tax Manager

Description

  • Manage and deliver corporate tax compliance for a portfolio of clients.
  • Provide tailored tax advisory services to meet client requirements.
  • Support and mentor junior team members in their tax work.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with current tax legislation and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide a seamless client service.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, computations, and supporting documentation.
  • Keep clients updated on changes in tax legislation and their potential impact.

Profile

A Successful Corporate Tax Manager Should Have

  • A professional qualification in accountancy or tax (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA).
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
  • Experience managing client portfolios in a tax environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to identifying tax planning opportunities.
