Azure Cloud Consultant
£50,000 + Benefits | Fully Remote
We are partnering with a growing Microsoft-focused cloud consultancy that's quietly becoming one of the most exciting Azure businesses in the UK.
After winning several major projects and beating much larger consultancies to new work, they're now looking to add an Azure Cloud Consultant to their team.
This isn't your typical Azure engineering role.
You'll be joining a business that operates across:
- Azure Consulting

- Their own SaaS Platform
That means you'll gain exposure to customer projects, cloud platform services and product development, giving you a level of variety that is difficult to find elsewhere.
What's In It For You?
- Fully remote working
- £50,000 salary with flexibility for the right person
- Funded Microsoft certifications and continuous training
- Exposure to consulting, cloud services and SaaS product development
- Opportunity to learn modern technologies including Pulumi
- Work alongside experienced Azure consultants and architects
- High-spec equipment and flexibility over your technical setup
- Direct access to senior leadership
- Genuine progression opportunities as the business grows
- Exposure to international projects across the UK, Europe, Asia and North America

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The Opportunity
You'll work across a variety of Azure engineering and cloud consulting projects, helping customers design, build and improve secure, scalable cloud environments.
You'll be involved in:
- Designing and implementing Azure solutions

- Creating and improving CI/CD pipelines
- Working with Azure DevOps and GitHub tooling
- Supporting cloud-hosted applications and SaaS platforms
- Improving cloud security, governance and reliability
- Participating in customer meetings and technical workshops
- Contributing to solution design and architecture discussions
- Helping organisations modernise their cloud environments
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys getting hands-on technically but wants exposure to consulting, customer engagement and solution design.

- Is comfortable working in a growing business
- Takes ownership and enjoys making an impact
Nice To Have
Any exposure to the following would be beneficial, but is by no means essential:

- DevSecOps
- Microsoft Defender
- Microsoft Sentinel

Why Join?
You'll be joining a business where everybody knows each other, decisions are made quickly, and your contribution genuinely matters.
Rather than being another engineer in a team of hundreds, you'll have the opportunity to influence projects, learn from experienced consultants and accelerate your career in Azure, consulting and cloud architecture.
If you're looking for a role that offers more variety, more development and more opportunity than a traditional Azure engineering position, this is well worth a conversation.
