Azure Cloud Engineer
Location: London (hybrid) | Permanent
Salary: circa £100k + bonus + benefits
We're working with a leading global financial services firm to hire a hands-on Azure Cloud Engineer in London. This is a newly created role, driven by a growing pipeline of cloud projects across the business.
You'll be part of a global DevOps team, working day to day alongside a senior cloud engineer in London. It's a small, close-knit setup where you'll have real ownership and the backing of a wider international team.

What you'll do
- Deliver cloud, data, automation, and application projects with business stakeholders and product owners
- Build, run, and continuously improve AKS platforms across development, UAT, and production
- Design and maintain reusable infrastructure as code in Terraform
- Build and own CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions
- Onboard applications onto the Group's Azure platform to its security and governance standards
- Work closely with developers and business teams to turn requirements into production-ready solutions
What you'll need

- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Good working knowledge of Azure: networking, identity, RBAC, Key Vault, monitoring
- Strong hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production, ideally AKS
- Solid Terraform experience: reusable modules, state management, refactoring
- GitHub Actions pipeline experience
- Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
