Azure Cloud Engineer | Remote | MSP

We’re working with a growing UK technology services business looking to strengthen its Microsoft Azure capability with an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing position combining 2nd/3rd line Azure support and platform management with project delivery, deployments, and consultancy.

You’ll get involved across:

  • Azure platform support and troubleshooting
  • Deploying and onboarding Azure customer environments
  • Azure IaaS and PaaS
  • Azure SQL from an infrastructure/platform perspective
  • Azure networking – VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, and connectivity
  • Terraform, PowerShell, and Infrastructure as Code
  • Monitoring, alerting, and automation
  • Project delivery and customer consultancy
  • Acting as a technical escalation point for Azure environments
  • Helping develop and improve Azure services

We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on Microsoft Azure infrastructure experience who is comfortable owning technical issues, working directly with customers, and getting involved beyond BAU support.

Experience within an MSP, cloud provider, or customer-facing managed services environment would be particularly useful.

There’s also a strong progression opportunity. As the Azure capability grows, there will be scope to take on greater technical ownership and potentially progress towards Technical Lead or Azure Architect.
