Working closely with Microsoft, architects, delivery teams, and operational stakeholders, successful candidates will enable the transition of multiple capabilities into production, ensuring solutions are secure, resilient, scalable, and aligned to architectural and security requirements.

The role requires engineers with strong experience across Azure cloud services, traditional infrastructure technologies, and hybrid environments, capable of operating within complex and secure environments spanning multiple tenants and security classifications.

  • Support the onboarding, integration, and deployment of multiple capabilities into production environments.
  • Work across multiple Azure tenants and hybrid environments to deliver secure and resilient services.
  • Configure, manage, and support Azure services including compute, networking, storage, monitoring, security, and identity.
  • Support the integration of Azure services with on-premise infrastructure, networks, and security controls.
  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and deployment pipelines.
  • Support environment build, configuration, migration, and operational transition activities.
  • Monitor infrastructure and platform performance, availability, and security, resolving issues and implementing improvements where required.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft, internal engineering teams, project stakeholders, and customers to deliver infrastructure and platform capabilities.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, deployment guides, and support artefacts.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and architectural standards.
  • Support incident, problem, change, and release management activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
