Role Overview
The successful candidate will create and deliver engaging training content covering the foundations of cloud engineering and the Microsoft Azure technology stack. The sessions will be practical, interactive and tailored to the existing knowledge level and requirements of the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, engaging training content focused on cloud engineering and Azure fundamentals.
- Deliver two in-person, interactive training days — one in September and one in October.
- Cover core concepts, principles and best practices relevant to junior engineers.
- Work with the project contact to understand the team's specific requirements and tailor the content accordingly.
- Use practical examples, demonstrations and interactive exercises to support learning.
Essential Experience
- Strong commercial experience in cloud engineering, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Good understanding of the Microsoft/Azure technology stack and cloud fundamentals.
- Previous experience delivering technical training, workshops or knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a junior engineering audience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable delivering training in person and facilitating interactive sessions.

This role is remote, however occasional travel to Stoke will be required for face-to-face workshops.
