Join a major UK public sector programme through a leading global technology consultancy. You'll take ownership of data modelling, NoSQL design and data migration across a large-scale Azure delivery, the same kind of Cosmos DB, data contract and ADF pipeline work you've been doing, but with direct impact on services used at national scale.

What You'll Own:

  • Design and maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models across the programme
  • Design, develop and manage NoSQL implementations on Azure Cosmos DB, owning partitioning strategy, indexing and RU optimisation for performance, scalability and cost
  • Define and implement data contracts that hold upstream and downstream systems to a consistent standard of quality and governance
  • Lead data migration end-to-end, from planning through execution, validation and reconciliation between source and target systems
  • Build and orchestrate ETL/ELT pipelines in Azure Data Factory, then monitor and troubleshoot them, resolving bottlenecks and data quality issues before they reach users
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, well-documented data models and schemas that data architects, analysts and stakeholders can build on
  • Maintain the data dictionaries, ER diagrams, schemas, contracts and migration documentation the programme relies on
  • Ensure adherence to data security, compliance and governance standards throughout

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
