Location: Fully Remote

Contract Length: 6 Months (with scope to extend)

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Part-Time and Full-Time (2 to 5 days per week)

IR35: Outside

Interview Process: 1 Stage, MS Teams

Clearance: SC

We are supporting a public sector client in hiring an Azure Integration Specialist to join a fast-paced migration programme focused on rehosting and re-platforming legacy integration services from Azure IaaS to modern Azure PaaS environments.

This is a hands-on technical role at the heart of the migration effort, requiring deep knowledge of Azure Integration Services and the ability to assess, refactor and rebuild existing Logic App workflows and integration services to align with the target Azure environment. The successful candidate will work closely with a Cloud Solutions Architect, a project manager and offshore development teams, taking ownership of integration constraint identification, documentation, low-level design and end-to-end integration testing.

This role suits an experienced Azure Integration Specialist comfortable operating in a dynamic, resource-constrained environment, able to translate legacy workflow logic into target environment equivalents and engage confidently across both technical and business stakeholder communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess existing Azure IaaS-hosted integration services including Logic Apps, workflows, triggers, actions, connectors and dependencies to support migration planning
  • Rebuild, refactor or rewrite Logic App workflows to align with the target Azure PaaS environment, integration patterns and operational requirements
  • Configure and validate Logic App triggers including scheduled, event-based, HTTP, Service Bus and connector-based triggers
  • Configure Azure Service Bus namespaces, queues, topics, subscriptions, access policies and message handling patterns
  • Build secure, scalable and resilient interfaces between business applications, cloud services, databases and external partner systems
  • Support the development of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for integration services using Azure DevOps
  • Identify integration constraints, document findings and produce low-level designs, interface specifications and operational runbooks
  • Support integration testing, defect resolution and end-to-end validation of migrated integration flows
  • Implement secure configuration using managed identities, RBAC, Key Vault integration and least-privilege access principles
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, performance bottlenecks, failed message processing and connectivity problems across hybrid and cloud environments
  • Collaborate with architects, application teams, offshore developers and business stakeholders to ensure migration activities are delivered to plan

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
