🚀 Lead Integration Developer – Azure /.NET

Are you an experienced Azure Integration Developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, leading from the front and helping customers get the most from the cloud? We’re looking for a Lead Integration Developer to join our Azure Cloud Solutions capability and play a key role in designing and delivering modern, cloud-native integration solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who wants to combine their passion for technology with the opportunity to make a real difference for customers.
🔹 What you’ll be doing
As a Lead Integration Developer, you’ll:
- Lead the design and development of Azure integration solutions
- Translate business requirements into robust integration architectures
- Provide technical direction across design, development and best practice
- Lead and mentor a small to mid-sized team of developers
- Act as a technical lead and escalation point for complex issues
- Run technical workshops and advise clients on integration strategy
- Help customers identify the right Azure integration approaches
- Stay hands-on, building and supporting key integration components
- Work closely with clients, technical teams and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes

🔹 What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on Azure integration experience
- UK Government Security Clearance
- Experience leading, mentoring or developing other engineers
- Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven and serverless architectures
- Experience contributing to solution design and architecture
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confidence working in client-facing and consulting environments
- Strong written and spoken English
- Azure certifications, or a commitment to working towards them
- Experience with CI/CD and continuous integration
- Experience using GitHub Copilot and modern developer tooling
🔹 Essential technical skills
You’ll need strong hands-on experience with:
- Azure
- Logic Apps
- Azure Functions & Durable Functions
- Azure Service Bus
- API Management
- Event Grid and/or Event Hub
- Development & Architecture
- .NET / C#
- REST APIs
- Microservices architecture
- Secure application design
- Git
- CI/CD pipelines
