Role Overview
You'll help build the cloud platform that powers AI across the trading floor of an established investment firm that's making a huge investment in AI across the business.
This isn't about keeping the lights on. It's a greenfield engineering challenge where you'll help design the infrastructure that enables AI across the trading floor, working alongside the Front Office AI team and core Infrastructure engineers to build a secure, scalable platform capable of supporting enterprise AI workloads.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with Azure, AKS, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, networking, identity, automation, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry and GPU-backed compute.
- Solve platform challenges that sit behind AI at scale.
- Influence architecture, introduce best practices, and help define how AI infrastructure is built across the organisation.

Work Environment
- Predominantly Azure today, with a mix of Windows/on-prem.
- AWS will play a future role as the platform evolves.

Compensation
Up to £120,000 base + c.20% bonus
