Role Description

The Azure Solutions Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Azure-based solutions that support OneAdvanced’s SaaS products and customer environments.

  • Assessing customer requirements
  • Architecting secure and scalable Azure infrastructures
  • Collaborating with product, development, and operations teams to deliver cloud solutions aligned with business and technical needs
  • Preparing technical proposals and documentation
  • Participating in customer workshops and demos
  • Providing guidance on best practices for cloud adoption, security, performance, and cost management
  • Troubleshooting complex issues
  • Supporting migration projects to Azure
  • Staying current with evolving Azure services and industry standards

Qualifications

  • Azure cloud expertise, including experience with core Azure services (e.g., compute, storage, networking) and Azure governance, security, and monitoring.
  • Solution design and architecture skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, resilient, and secure Azure solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud migration, modernization of applications, and integration of SaaS platforms into Azure environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to work with technical and non-technical audiences, including customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (e.g., ARM/Bicep, Terraform, PowerShell, or similar) is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, and data protection standards relevant to public sector and regulated industries.
  • Prior experience in consulting, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical roles within a cloud or SaaS context is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate are preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site in the UK, manage multiple projects, and maintain a structured, analytical approach to problem solving.
