CAA B1 Licensed Engineer – North Wales


Job Overview

Mara Recruit are currently seeking CAA B1 Licensed Engineers for a permanent opportunity based in North Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aircraft engineer looking for long-term stability, career progression, and a strong work-life balance, with full aircraft type training provided.


The Role

You will join an established aviation team working a Monday to Friday, 40-hour week, with no weekend shifts. Previous experience on the aircraft type is not essential. Candidates with an existing CAA type rating will be considered, with full training provided to gain the required new aircraft type. Upon successfully completing the new type training, you will receive a £2,500 salary increase.

Requirements

  • UK CAA B1 Aircraft Maintenance Licence
  • Existing aircraft type rating – any type considered
  • Eligible to obtain BPSS Security Clearance
  • Strong aircraft maintenance experience
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a professional engineering team
