As the MoD's chosen provider for the UK Military Flying Training System (MFTS) at RAF Shawbury, we deliver critical maintenance support for the H135 and H145 fleets—ensuring world-class training for the next generation of aircrew.
We are looking for professional B1 and B2 Licensed Engineers to join our close-knit Shawbury team and maintain our exceptional standards of safety and operational performance.

- Joining Bonus: To recognise the value of your CAA Part 66 licence and AHUK type rating, we are offering a phased signing bonus for eligible new joiners. The Roles
Both positions are Full-Time (40 hours/week) based at RAF Shawbury, reporting to the MRO Maintenance Manager.
B1 Licensed Engineer (Mechanical)
Responsibilities: Certify maintenance, repairs, and inspections on airframe structures, power plants, and mechanical systems across the fleet.

Supervision: Oversee maintenance fitters and certify their work.
Requirements: A CAA Part 66 B1.3 Licence (Turbine Rotorcraft) is essential.
B2 Licensed Engineer (Avionics)
Responsibilities: Accomplish maintenance inspections and rectifications on electrical and avionics systems.
Expertise: Use specialised test equipment to ensure the continued safe operation of aircraft.
Requirements: A CAA Part 66 B2 Licence is preferred.
