Business Analyst Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join the Cloud and Engineering Product Team and the Logging, Monitoring and Alerting (LMA) Product Team on a Temporary Promotion/Temporary Level Transfer basis. This role provides dedicated Business Analysis support across two critical product areas that underpin core infrastructure and service resilience capabilities across the organisation.

Working with stakeholders, users, and multidisciplinary teams, you will:
- Analyse business problems and opportunities
- Identify and define business and user needs
- Support backlog prioritisation
- Contribute to the delivery of key cloud, engineering, monitoring, and security initiatives
You will play a vital role in ensuring that products and services meet organisational objectives, deliver value to users, and support the effective delivery of both ongoing business-as-usual activities and strategic improvements.

Responsibilities
At this role level, you will:
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Work independently
- Have a good understanding of your work area
- Develop the business analysis community by sharing best practice and mentoring others
A Business Analyst leads small to medium size projects and supports larger and more complex projects.
