B2B Account Executive

Sheffield
Sheffield Contact Centre

Fixed Term Contract for 3 months
Full Time
Grade 2

Salary - £26,656.50 per annum along with the benefit of being able to earn an additional performance-related bonus of up to 10% of annual salary.

Working Hours/Shift Patterns - 37.50 hours per week on a rotational shift basis between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Weekend work is typically 1 in 4 weekends and includes:

  • Saturday: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM - 05:00 PM.

Start Date: Monday, 26th October 2026

In this role, you'll support customers throughout their journey with Currys, taking ownership of customer queries from start to finish, you'll focus on delivering the right resolution first time, helping customers get the most from their experience and ensuring they remain customers for life.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting customers throughout their journey with Currys, delivering excellent customer service and consistently aiming to exceed customer expectations.
  • Taking ownership of customer queries and working to deliver right first time resolutions, reducing the need for repeat contact.
  • Meeting quality standards and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
  • Achieving individual and contact centre performance targets focused on both productivity and quality.
  • Identifying root causes of customer pain points and taking appropriate action to improve the customer experience.
  • Placing the customer at the heart of every decision and ensuring compliance with company policies and current legislation.

You will need:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build rapport and provide clear, customer-focused solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Good teamwork skills and a willingness to share knowledge to support team success.
  • Experience using PC systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
