About us

Lisk is building a new kind of financial platform for businesses - one that brings the best of crypto infrastructure into an experience that feels modern, simple, and built for how teams actually operate. We're replacing fragmented corporate financial tooling with a single workspace across web and mobile.

Your mission

You'll own the full sales cycle for Lisk’s B2B financial platform, from first conversations to funded, active accounts. We're early: a small group of early access customers is live, the pipeline is being built from scratch, and the playbook is still yours to write. Your job is to turn early interest into paying customers and scale the commercial motion.

What you’ll be doing

  • Run & own the full sales cycle: qualify inbound and outbound leads, lead discovery and demo calls, handle objections, and close.
  • Partner with our SDR on targeting, messaging, and running outbound campaigns across virtual channels, such as email and LinkedIn, as well as in-person.
  • Bring in leads and build relationships by traveling to industry events, booking meetings, and following up to close deals.
  • Own our event strategy end to end: choose which conferences are worth attending, make the budget case, set goals, and measure what we got back. Collaborate with marketing as needed.
  • Take new customers through onboarding and KYB with our customer success team until their accounts are funded and active.
  • Keep the CRM clean with accurate pipeline, honest forecasts, and reporting leadership can act on.
  • Define and track the numbers that matter. Create & optimize KPIs, targets, CRM dashboards/reports, and give leadership a clear read on pipeline and commercial performance.
  • Build assets as needed, from sales decks and customer presentations to internal updates that make complex commercial data easy to interpret and act on.
  • Continuously feed customer signal back into product, and sharpen positioning and sales materials as the product evolves. Collaborate with marketing as needed.
  • Grow the practice, not just the pipeline. Spot gaps in process, skills, tooling, and positioning; continuously enhance them without waiting to be asked.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
