£27,000–£30,000 depending on experience

The Big Phone Store has been established since 1999 and is one of the UK’s leading retailers of refurbished phones and tech.
As our B2B division continues to grow, we’re looking for someone ambitious, organised, and eager to learn to join the team and help support our growing number of business and corporate customers.
This is not just another admin role.
It’s an opportunity to join a fast-moving business where there’s a lot happening, lots to learn, and genuine opportunities for progression for the right person.
We care far more about attitude, communication, organisation, and willingness to learn than having the “perfect” CV.

The Role
You’ll work closely with our B2B team helping to support business customers, manage communication, organise opportunities, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
Account & Customer Support
- Supporting business and corporate customer accounts
- Communicating with customers by phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Assisting with quotes, stock lists, and customer follow-ups
- Helping maintain strong relationships with clients
Admin & Organisation
- Updating CRM systems and customer records
- Keeping pipeline and account information organised
- Preparing stock and availability information
- Supporting the wider B2B team with day-to-day operations
Commercial Support
- Assisting with inbound enquiries
- Helping keep opportunities moving forward
- Supporting the growth of the B2B division
- Learning how commercial deals and account management work in practice

- Becoming a trusted part of the B2B team
Longer Term
- Taking on more responsibility
- Progressing into account management or sales opportunities
- Helping shape and grow a rapidly developing part of the business
