Exito is an AI-powered automated growth platform built for SMBs and freelancers - helping them build their brand, get discovered, and find the right partnerships, all in one place.
We're building out our affiliate program and looking for an experienced Outbound Lead Generation & Partnership Recruitment specialist to help us identify, approach, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners.
What you'll do:
- Identify and reach out to potential affiliates (influencers, content creators, communities, and complementary SaaS platforms serving freelancers/SMBs)
- Run outbound outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, communities) to recruit affiliates
- Manage relationships through onboarding and early activation

What we're offering:
This is a performance-based, commission-only engagement — no retainer, no hourly rate. In exchange, we're offering a lifetime revenue share on every affiliate you recruit who becomes active: you earn a percentage of what we earn from them, for as long as they're active — not just a one-time bounty.
Who we're looking for:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, affiliate/partnership recruitment, or influencer outreach
- Comfortable working independently, self-directed, and results-driven
- Ideally has existing networks or experience in the SaaS / creator economy / freelancer space
- Based in the US or Europe
