About Us
At ROI, we support 70% of the UK’s automotive brands in achieving their strategic sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. By merging innovative marketing strategies with cutting edge tech solutions, we connect consumers and manufacturers, driving industry transformation. Our expertise shines through our work with global brands like BMW, JLR, Volvo, Kia, and Volkswagen.
UNIFI is the specialist B2B marketing division of ROI Automotive, delivering high performing marketing campaigns for leading automotive brands across the UK. Following continued growth and significant client investment, we’re expanding our team.
We’re looking for a confident, organised and results driven B2B Agency Campaign Manager to join our growing team. This role is tailored for someone who has built their experience in a fast-paced marketing agency, is comfortable managing multiple client priorities, and enjoys owning delivery end-to-end—turning client briefs and performance data into impactful integrated B2B campaigns.
This is a hands-on agency role where collaboration, speed, and accountability matter. You’ll help deliver integrated B2B campaigns that create measurable commercial impact for some of the automotive industry’s most recognisable brands.
The Role
Reporting to the B2B Client Services Director, you will take ownership of the day-to-day planning, activation, optimisation and reporting of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts—directly within a live agency environment.
Working closely with Account Managers and specialist teams, you will lead campaign delivery to ensure activity is executed efficiently to a high standard and in line with agreed strategy. This is a hands on role suited to an agency marketer who thrives on managing timelines, collaborating across disciplines, using data and insight to improve performance, and creating compelling campaign messaging content that drives measurable results.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
