Title: B2B Applied Analyst - Marketing Analytics & Channel Insights

Location: Central London

Salary: £420/day

Contract: 12 Month Contract

Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2/3 days onsite

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced B2B Applied Analyst to join a high-performing Growth Marketing & Insights team and help shape how marketing performance is measured and optimised.

This is a hands-on analytics role focused on understanding what's working across B2B marketing channels, where investment can be optimised, and how marketing contributes to pipeline and growth.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Marketing Operations and Campaign teams, turning complex data into clear insights and recommendations that influence decision-making.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyse performance across paid media, email, ABM, events and web, identifying drivers of engagement, conversion and lead quality.
  • Support full-funnel analysis, including pipeline contribution, conversion rates and MQL/MQA performance.
  • Develop and maintain measurement frameworks across campaigns, channels and audiences.
  • Provide insights to support budget allocation, planning and optimisation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Campaign teams on planning, execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Contribute to attribution and incrementality analysis to understand marketing impact.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support optimisation and stakeholder questions.
  • Help improve data quality and consistency across marketing systems, including tracking and attribution inputs.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and scale reporting, reducing manual effort and improving insight delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure insights influence decision-making.
  • Communicate findings through clear storytelling and visualisation to executive, operational and marketing audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
