- SEO
- Paid advertising
- AI search (GEO)
- Email Marketing
- AI Automation
- Website design & development
We are looking for a confident and reliable B2B Appointment Setter to support outbound calling for an initial 4-week contract. There may be an opportunity to extend if the working relationship and results are strong.
Role overview
You will be responsible for making outbound calls to UK businesses, speaking with decision-makers, introducing Adola at a high level, asking basic qualification questions, and booking suitable follow-up calls.
This is a part-time appointment-setting role. You will not be expected to close deals or handle complex sales conversations.
You will be given a call opener, conversation framework, briefing notes, company information, and prospect context to help guide the calls. This will not be a rigid word-for-word script. The role requires someone who can hold a natural business conversation while still following the agreed process.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
