Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site B2B Appointment Setter / SDR role based in Leeds. The role involves making outbound calls to business prospects, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales teams of client organizations. Day-to-day tasks include researching target companies, engaging decision-makers by phone and email, presenting key value propositions, and accurately recording call outcomes in CRM or tracking systems. The B2B Appointment Setter / SDR will manage appointment schedules, follow up on warm leads, and collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed campaign targets. The role requires consistent professionalism, adherence to scripts and compliance guidelines, and a focus on delivering high-quality customer interactions.

  • Candidates should possess strong Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills to manage and coordinate meetings efficiently.
  • Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture prospects for client campaigns.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage confidently with business decision-makers by phone and email.
  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and represent client brands professionally.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B outbound calling is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working to targets and KPIs, with good time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Leeds as part of a collaborative, goal-oriented team.
  • Basic IT proficiency, including use of CRM systems and productivity tools; prior experience in outsourced sales or lead generation agencies is a plus.
