About Treatwell

Hi, we’re Treatwell. Nice to meet you.

We’re a team of 700 passionate and brilliantly talented people across Europe. We’re the industry’s smartest salon management software, all connected to Europe’s leading bookings platform, working with over 50,000 salon partners across 17 countries, processing over 8 million bookings every month. And… breathe.

But we’re not done yet. We’re on an exciting journey to digitally revolutionise the hair and beauty community.

If this excites you, we might just have the role for you.

We’ll treat you with:

  • 28-days holiday, plus bank holidays
  • Monthly €/£40 Treatwell vouchers so you can treat yourself too
  • Mental health support through our partnership with Plumm
  • Benefits platform offering cycle to work scheme, high street discounts and other perks
  • Growth funds for you to develop and grow with your team
  • A beneficial pension scheme and enhanced parental pay & leave policy
  • A dynamic organisation with Thursday drinks in the office

The Role

At Treatwell, we believe self-care should be effortless. We’re on a mission to make booking beauty and wellness treatments as easy as ordering your morning flat white.

But our marketplace only works because of the brilliant professionals behind it. From independent hairdressers and beauty therapists to growing salon groups, we help more than 75,000 partners run their businesses, reach new clients and spend more time doing what they do best.

We’re looking for a B2B Brand Manager to lead how Treatwell shows up to the professional beauty industry across Europe.

Responsibilities

Reporting to our Head of Brand, you’ll own our B2B brand and brand marketing strategy, building Treatwell’s reputation as the partner that helps beauty businesses succeed. You’ll turn our proposition into campaigns, content, experiences and stories that resonate with both existing partners and the salons we want to join us next.

This is a broad, hands-on role spanning strategy and execution. You’ll build advocacy programmes, lead European events and trade shows, develop B2B campaigns and work closely with local teams to bring the salon partner community to life.

You’ll understand how to build a brand, but you’ll also care about what the work delivers. You’ll use performance data, partner insight and experimentation to continually strengthen our message, content and impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
