At Lenovo, we're looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Business Development Manager to lead growth across our Display/ Monitors (Visuals) portfolio in the UK Ireland commercial market. In this highly visible role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, influence technology roadmaps, and drive revenue growth through innovative workplace and visual solutions.

What are your main responsibilities in this role?
- Drive the growth strategy for Lenovo's Visuals portfolio across the UK Ireland commercial market.
- Identify, create, qualify, and close high-value opportunities within strategic customer accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Position Lenovo as a strategic partner by aligning visual technology solutions to customer business objectives.
- Influence customer technology roadmaps and support workplace modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams, category leaders, and executive sponsors to accelerate business outcomes.
- Gather market, customer, and competitive insights to identify new growth opportunities and strengthen Lenovo's market position.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and driving consistent revenue growth.
What are the role requirements?
- Experience in business development, strategic sales, category leadership, or a similar commercial role within IT, Displays, AV, Collaboration, Workplace Technology, or related industries.
- Proven success in generating, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Hunting mindset with a track record of building pipelines and delivering growth.
- Confidence engaging with senior customer stakeholders, C-level leaders, and decision-makers.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of complex technology sales cycles.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and matrixed organizations.
- Passion for technology and a customer-first approach to solving business challenges.
