About the Role

RIB is launching a new AI‑driven, cloud-native SaaS product that will set new standards in digital construction technology. Backed by over 60 years of expertise, we’re seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (m/f) with a strong startup mindset - someone who can shape processes, carve out market pathways, and position a brand‑new product in the UK & IE region even before case studies exist.

In this high-impact role, reporting directly to the Global Product Sales Director, you will play a pivotal part in bringing an innovative construction technology to market. Your contribution will help the industry adopt smarter, AI‑enabled workflows and advance the future of digital building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise new‑business sales and market entry across UK & IE region with full ownership of revenue generation for a new product in a small to mid‑size company environment.
  • Develop and manage relationships with contractors, developers, engineering firms, AEC organisations, government‑linked entities, and regional partners to support market adoption.
  • Manage long enterprise sales cycles involving multi‑stakeholder buying committees and senior decision‑makers across commercial, digital, and operational functions.
  • Represent the product vision confidently in early‑stage markets, including localising messaging and adapting value propositions to regional requirements.
  • Support market development through industry engagement and subject‑matter contributions.
  • Work autonomously across go‑to‑market development, sales execution, and customer‑insight generation.
  • Collaborate with global and cross‑functional teams to refine go‑to‑market strategy, sales processes, and market positioning.
  • Provide structured customer insights to inform product development and roadmap priorities.
  • Secure early flagship/lighthouse customers and establish a scalable, repeatable pipeline and sales methodology.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
