Job Title

£40,000 | Remote, with travel to UK events

HR Grapevine is looking for an experienced B2B digital marketing and events professional to lead the end-to-end delivery of our client campaigns.

Webinars, roundtables, and in-person events will form a significant part of the role, but this is a broader client delivery position. You will take a holistic approach to each client, understand their objectives, and deliver the right combination of content, email, audience targeting, lead generation, and events.

Rather than handing different elements to separate teams, you will retain ownership of the client relationship and coordinate the complete programme from initial handover through to final results.

This is a senior, hands-on role in a fast-moving, deadline-driven business. You will manage multiple clients and campaigns, lead client conversations, and ensure that everything we deliver is organized, effective, and commercially successful.

What You Will Do

  • Take ownership of B2B client programmes from handover through to completion
  • Deliver integrated demand-generation campaigns across content, email, audience targeting, lead generation, webinars, and events
  • Lead the planning and delivery of webinars, virtual roundtables, and in-person events
  • Manage speakers, sponsors, suppliers, delegates, and event technology
  • Lead client kick-off calls, progress meetings, and campaign reviews
  • Understand each client’s objectives and translate them into a clear delivery plan
  • Coordinate colleagues across content, audience, data, digital, and sales
  • Manage multiple deadlines, assets, approvals, and changing client requirements
  • Use audience, intent, and campaign data to monitor performance and improve results
  • Identify delivery risks early and resolve problems quickly
  • Maintain consistently strong client communication throughout every programme
  • Improve delivery processes and help colleagues deliver campaigns effectively

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
