About Us
London Speech Workshop is a values-led communication coaching company helping people speak with confidence, authenticity, and impact. Through our Serlin Method™, we blend psychology and performance to create lasting transformation – for individuals and organisations alike.
We work with SMEs, charities, and organisations including Unilever, John Lewis, PayPal and Sage. We're a small, ambitious team with a warm, low-ego culture and a shared belief that communication changes lives. We look for exceptional people – good eggs with talent, heart, and grit.
Why Now
There's never been a more exciting time to join.
Demand for authentic human communication is growing rapidly in the age of AI, and so are we. Recent client wins include PayPal, Sage and Third Space, while existing clients like John Lewis Partnership are expanding their work with us.
We're looking for someone ambitious to join us early in our next phase of growth. If you're excited by building something meaningful, taking ownership and growing alongside the business, we'd love to meet you.
The Role
This isn't a typical operations role.
You'll sit at the heart of our B2B business, owning the delivery of client programmes while working closely with founders, coaches, senior leaders and clients from some of the world's best organisations. You'll own multiple client programmes at any one time, balancing logistics, relationships, commercial opportunities and problem-solving to ensure every client has an outstanding experience.
What makes this role different is that it's both operational and commercial. You'll be trusted to make things run brilliantly, but you'll also help grow the business. As AI and automation reduce administrative work, you'll have increasing opportunities to deepen client relationships, spot opportunities for growth, and help create events that generate new business. The more value you create, the more you'll share in that success through commission.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
