Company Description:
The Brochure Studio (TBS) is a premier UK print and digital publishing agency specialising in the property sector. We design, produce, and distribute luxury, high-spec marketing brochures and interactive digital flipbooks for top-tier Estate Agencies across the UK. Our business model allows us to provide these high-end publications to Estate Agents at zero cost, fully funded through targeted local business advertising partnerships.
Role Description:
This is a remote, self-employed B2B Commission Sales Agent role requiring a dedicated 20–40 hours per week. You will be responsible for driving business growth across two key pillars:
- Partnering with Estate Agencies: Pitching our free, premium brochure and digital flipbook solution to Estate Agency Owners, Directors, and Lettings Managers to secure publication agreements.
- Sponsoring & Media Sales: Pitching and securing local businesses to purchase high-visibility advertising space within the brochures.

You will manage your own outreach, conduct outbound calls, build rapport with decision-makers, and close deals using our proven pitch frameworks and visual portfolios.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: A background in Print, Publishing, Media Sales, or the Property / Estate Agency sector is essential.
- Proven B2B Sales Track Record: Direct experience in outbound cold-calling, pipeline management, and closing business owners or senior directors.
- Self-Motivated Hunter: Ability to manage your day, hit call targets, and maintain proactive communication with the internal team.
- Professional Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and pitch presentation skills.
