Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and produce multi-faceted content campaigns spanning social, video, white papers and other new media channels
  • Write and create original content across all of those formats — not just one specialism
  • Partner closely with senior strategists to translate their strategic vision for each client's customer into finished content
  • Juggle multiple customer requirements and content types simultaneously, adapting tone, format and approach for each
  • Stay organised across concurrent campaigns and deadlines
  • Report on performance across channels and content types
  • Join customer calls as a New Media specialist to present recent campaign activity and performance

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B communications, ideally agency-side
  • Strong writing and content-creation skills across multiple formats: social, blogs, newsletters, long-form (white papers), and beyond
  • Highly organised, with the ability to adapt across multiple clients and content types at once
  • A genuine, articulable interest in built world innovation — candidates should be able to speak to why this space interests them, not just tick the box
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with senior strategists rather than working in isolation
