Mid-Senior Content / Copywriter

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Content / Copywriter with a strong background in long-form storytelling, thought leadership and strategic editorial content.

This role is centred around creating intelligent, engaging and commercially impactful long-form work, from white papers to executive interviews, opinion pieces and articles, while also shaping campaign messaging and social-first creative that helps brands show up credibly in culture and conversation.

You'll combine editorial depth with creative thinking, translating complex topics, across both B2B and B2C in industries such as financial services, logistics and tech, into compelling narratives for both specialist and broader audiences. Alongside long-form content development, you'll also support campaign copywriting, social content writing (particularly for LinkedIn) and integrated social rollouts.

You should have a strong understanding of how brands can evolve beyond traditional corporate communications, creating work that feels relevant, modern and audience-led across both professional and more consumer-oriented platforms.

The role spans writing across a variety of sectors including finance, insurance, ecommerce, supply chain, sustainability and technology.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
