PLANERGY Spend Management
We are looking for a smart, hands-on B2B marketer who understands how the different parts of modern marketing fit together.
You do not need to be an expert in everything. But you should understand enough about content, email, social media, SEO, GEO, PPC, PR, CRM data and analytics to recognise good work, execute campaigns yourself and know when something is not working.
This is not a social media job, a content-only role or a marketing administration position.
We are looking for someone with a genuine marketing brain.
What you will do
You will help plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
That could mean building an email campaign, reviewing website copy, scheduling LinkedIn content, researching keywords, structuring a target list, improving a landing page or analysing campaign results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we are looking for
Ideally, you will have around 2–5 years of hands-on marketing experience.

We are particularly interested in people who have worked in a small B2B company, SaaS business or digital agency where they have been exposed to several different areas of marketing.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You should understand what good copy looks like, be comfortable with data and CRM systems, know how campaigns should be structured and measured, and be able to work independently.
Most importantly, you should be able to think for yourself.
We want someone who can be given an objective and come back with a sensible plan for getting it done, rather than needing every step explained.
