This role leads digital performance across BP’s B2B businesses, connecting CRM, digital channels, web, analytics, and demand generation to drive measurable commercial impact. It focuses heavily on customer acquisition and scalable lifecycle engagement, while improving funnel efficiency (web → lead → opportunity → pipeline) and supporting multi-market adoption of consistent tools and frameworks. The role also provides dedicated digital performance support to Fleet Europe, especially within SME and base segments.
Key Responsibilities:

- Fleet Europe support — enhancing journeys, digital performance, and SME/base segment growth.
Experience
This role requires strong B2B digital marketing experience with a consistent track record to drive performance across CRM, web, analytics, and demand generation. The ideal candidate has worked in multi-market environments and can translate data into commercial outcomes.
Relevant experience includes:
- B2B digital marketing and performance management.
- CRM & marketing automation (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement/Pardot).
- Funnel performance management — lead generation, conversion, pipeline impact.
- Web analytics & SEO including GA4, tracking frameworks, and optimisation.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Technology.
- Data-driven optimisation and performance reporting.
- Campaign and budget management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; Master’s/MBA helpful.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
