We’re looking for a B2B eBusiness Manager
To drive the performance, growth and operational execution of the B2B eCommerce channel across the UK&I. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine strategy, digital activation, performance insight and cross-functional collaboration to unlock growth across coffee, machines and accessories.
Your Impact
Reporting to the Digital Commerce Manager, you’ll take ownership of the B2B eCommerce agenda across digital touchpoints, shaping the channel strategy and ensuring commercial priorities are translated into seamless customer experiences. Working in close partnership with B2B Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Analytics, IBS and HQ teams, you’ll influence plans, anticipate risks and opportunities, and use performance insight to accelerate channel growth, improve conversion and strengthen the end-to-end customer journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and shape the B2B eCommerce plan, ensuring the channel is commercially aligned and ready to support campaigns, promotions, launches and strategic business priorities.
- Act as the digital commerce lead for B2B planning, bringing channel requirements, commercial opportunities, customer insight and operational risks into decision-making.
- Drive best-in-class execution across B2B digital touchpoints, ensuring content, product data, pricing, packaging, lead times and availability support a premium and frictionless customer experience.
- Use sales, conversion, customer behaviour and funnel performance data to identify growth opportunities, remove barriers and prioritise optimisation activity.
- Lead post-campaign and post-launch performance reviews, translating insight into clear recommendations that improve future activity and support commercial decision-making.
- Influence and align cross-functional partners across Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, IBS, CRC and HQ to deliver plans at pace and resolve issues effectively.
- Champion continuous improvement across assortment, offer mechanics, pricing presentation, site performance and customer satisfaction to drive sustained B2B eCommerce growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
