Commercial Manager - B2B Events

Are you an experienced B2B sales professional looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join a successful events business with an established portfolio of exhibitions. This is an opportunity to take ownership of revenue generation across exhibition stand sales, sponsorship, and digital products, working with clients from initial contact through to long-term partnership.

If you enjoy building relationships, winning new business, and managing key accounts, this role offers plenty of scope to make an impact while working with a supportive commercial team.

The Role

As Commercial Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue by securing new exhibitors and sponsors while growing existing client relationships. You'll manage the full sales cycle, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and work closely with customers to create commercial packages that deliver value for both the client and the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
