Job Description

We’re looking for a commercially-minded, proactive, and outcome-driven B2B Events Lead to join Netcompany UK’s high-performing marketing team.

Based in London and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing UK, you’ll be part of the team driving forward and executing Netcompany UK’s ambitious Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and plan.

We’re looking for someone with the experience and judgement to understand what kinds of events will genuinely attract and appeal to our B2B clients and prospects, and deliver the creativity, organization, and commercial focus to bring those ideas to life.

You’ll develop, manage, and deliver a portfolio of B2B events, from event conception and curation through to audience development, attendance, and onsite execution. Working closely with the UK GTM team, you’ll lead events including tailored CXO roundtables, breakfast briefings, live fireside chats, conference activations, sponsorships, and more.

Role Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for the success of the UK’s B2B event portfolio, from conception through to delivery and follow-up.
  • Develop, curate, manage, and deliver B2B events for our core local market verticals: Digital Government, Healthcare, Defence, Tax & Customs, Transportation, Energy & Utilities, and more.
  • Understand our clients, prospects, and target sectors, and identify the topics, formats, and experiences that will make senior decision-makers want to attend.
  • Build a strong narrative and proposition for each event, driven internally and externally through marketing channels and enabling GTM Sector Leads to engage potential clients and prospects.
  • Research, curate, and invite participants and invitation lists for tailored CXO roundtables and senior-level executive events in coordination with the GTM team.
  • Work with GTM and Sales to identify the right accounts and prospects and ensure we get the right people in the room.
  • Create and project-manage each B2B event with clear schedules and strong cross-functional briefs, setting and ensuring deadlines are met and coordinating between the Global and Local Marcom teams.
  • Manage speakers, partners, agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders to deliver a high-quality event experience.
  • Manage and control individual B2B event budgets with the Head of Marketing UK.
  • Ensure and track event ROI through close alignment with GTM Leads and the UK Sales Operations Lead, including engagement, leads, meetings, opportunities, and contribution to pipeline.
  • Capture learnings from each event and use them to continually improve our B2B events programme.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
