Are you an energetic, commercially minded and sales-focused B2B Events Marketing professional who thrives on bringing campaigns and experiences to life? Are you looking for a role where you can lead events from concept through to delivery, influence strategy, and have a direct impact on business growth?

Due to the nature of the role and event locations, candidates must be based within a commutable distance to the Midlands and hold a permanent Right to Work in the UK. Please note, visa sponsorship is not available.

Key Responsibilities
- Event strategy & commercial ownership: Lead a 20+ end-to-end events programme, ensuring activity is commercially focused and aligned with wider sales, marketing and business growth objectives.
- Event delivery: Plan and deliver trade exhibitions, conferences, customer engagement events, webinars and internal events.
- Project, budget & supplier management: Oversee timelines, logistics, budgets, suppliers and contract negotiations.
- Marketing & communications: Create campaigns, collateral and communications that drive attendance, engagement and brand visibility.
- Sales-focused stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to shape event activity around target audiences, commercial priorities and lead generation opportunities.
- Performance & improvement: Define KPIs, report on ROI and use post-event insights to improve future activity.

Key Skills & Experience
- Solid experience in a B2B Events Management / Events Marketing /or similar position.
- Demonstrable experience planning & delivering events from concept through to post-event evaluation.
- Strong project management & organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience managing suppliers, agencies, venues and event budgets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across Sales, Product and Marketing functions.
- Commercially minded approach with the ability to identify opportunities that support sales engagement, pipeline generation and wider business growth.
- Confident analysing campaign performance and event ROI data to support business decision-making.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel to events when required.
