B2B Exhibitions Marketing Manager
£50,000 | Loughton | Full-time, office-based

The opportunity
An experienced Marketing Manager is required to take ownership of a high-profile B2B event serving the construction and built-environment sector. You’ll lead campaigns that grow registrations, strengthen market awareness and deliver measurable results.
Marketing Manager
This role calls for a commercially minded B2B marketer who understands how to engage professional audiences. You’ll create campaigns for contractors, developers, architects, specifiers, suppliers and other industry stakeholders, with a clear focus on increasing registrations, strengthening market presence and building valuable industry partnerships.

What you’ll do
- Own and deliver the marketing strategy for the event
- Drive professional registrations through integrated campaigns
- Manage digital, email, social, PR, partnerships and outdoor activity
- Lead campaign messaging, content and creative development
- Manage budgets, timelines, agencies and performance reporting
- Build strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors and industry partners
- Use audience insight, CRM data and analytics to improve results
- Work closely with sales, content and operations teams

What you’ll bring
- Proven marketing experience in exhibitions, conferences or live events
- Experience engaging B2B or professional audiences
- A strong track record of registration growth and campaign conversion
- Excellent digital marketing, CRM, copywriting and creative skills
- Confidence managing budgets, agencies and multiple stakeholders
- A commercial, organised and hands-on approach
