Job Title: B2B Field Sales Advisor
Locations: London Field
Salary: £28,000 base plus achievable On Target Commission c£28,000 per annum
Due to the nature of field sales the hours are Monday to Friday 10.30am-7pm
About the role
The Business-to-Business Sales Advisor role is responsible for driving sales and raising awareness in Hyperoptic service-connected areas. BBSA will conduct face-to-face selling of Hyperoptic service, taking all necessary steps to maximise the opportunity of the sales visit, delivering promotional materials, building rapport with business owners, representing the company at Business events, educating customers about our products and collecting customers' feedback. B2BSA will use the CRM system with customers data, be the face and voice of our brand.
What will you be doing?
- Identifying target sites and engaging directly with Property Stakeholders and Owners, Building Managers as well as residents of multi dwelling properties.
- Proactively building and managing a sales pipeline.
- Consistently hitting sales targets set per quarter.
- Build and manage a network of relationships to ease new business development.
- Identify and leverage internal relationships.
- Providing regular reporting on progress to management as required. Responsible for managing workflow and projects through our CRM.
- Establish and build good working relationships within internal stakeholders to aid successful penetration of Business sites.
- Coordinating functions to ensure single client facing interface (where necessary and desirable).

What we are looking for:
- Experience working in a sales role and Competent knowledge of sales processes.
- Strong written and numerical skills.
- Ability to listen and handle objections.
- Experience of explaining a service or product to customers to deliver a sale, tailoring your approach to match the prospects needs.
- Highly motivated, energetic sales person who loves selling.
- Tenacious and determined to deliver results, with the ability to self-motivate.
- Ambitious and comfortable with targets.
- Desirable - Emerging knowledge and experience of freehold or leasehold property.
- Desirable - prior telecommunications experience.
