Company Description
Redroo Limited is a UK-based retail and e-commerce company specialising in Asian beauty, skincare, lifestyle and everyday consumer products. We connect customers and retail partners with carefully selected products and brands from China, Korea, Japan and other Asian markets, with a focus on authenticity, quality and accessibility.
As Redroo continues to grow, we are expanding beyond our direct-to-consumer channels and developing our B2B retail network across the UK. We are now looking for a motivated B2B Field Sales & Business Development Representative to support the launch and distribution of our new product range across London.
Role Description
This is a field-based B2B sales role covering London and Greater London, with flexible working hours.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop new B2B business by identifying, approaching and building relationships with supermarkets, independent retailers and other relevant retail businesses.
You will visit prospective retail partners in person, introduce and present Redroo’s products, understand their commercial needs, develop sales opportunities and support accounts from initial contact through to order and ongoing partnership.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident approaching businesses face-to-face and enjoys turning new conversations into long-term commercial relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
