We are looking for an experienced B2B sales closer to manage our entire client acquisition process, from initial outreach to closing contracts.

- Engage with prospective business clients to identify their accounting and finance needs, presenting tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals
- Lead high-stakes negotiations to close substantial B2B deals, ensuring mutual value and long-term partnerships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations to foster trust and repeat business
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification to proposal presentation and closing.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, negotiations, and deal progress within CRM systems for accurate pipeline management
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing sales strategies, identifying areas for growth, and refining your approach accordingly
Compensation (Uncapped performance based)
We offer a highly aggressive payouts. This includes 100% of the first month's retainer on entry-level packages, and up to a 15% recurring revenue share on high-ticket advisory retainers. A single high-ticket close can net you £2000+ upfront
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B high-ticket sales, particularly within the accounting or finance sectors
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to articulate value propositions clearly
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives independently while managing multiple prospects effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar applications for effective client management
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building trustful relationships that lead to successful closures
- Valid driving license preferred for client meetings or networking events when applicable
- Zoom sales presentations is required.
